Mary Beth Mantiply has lived her entire life in Mobile and Baldwin Counties and has served the legal needs of the people and businesses of south Alabama since graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1980.
During the past 30 years, Mary Beth has successfully represented hundreds of clients, both by prosecuting and defending law suits of all kinds, negotiating and mediating settlements, drafting contracts and agreements, handling real estate litigation and closings and providing representation for all kinds of Probate matters. Mary Beth has represented numerous individuals seriously injured in car wrecks and on the job, people with disputes with their insurance companies and also worked on the side of the insurance companies for many years. By representing both sides, plaintiffs and defendants, she has gained a full and complete understanding of the law and the issues and how to successfully and efficiently handle all types of civil cases. Mary Beth served as the attorney for the Mobile County Commission and the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office from 1985 to 1988, was a founder and Master Barrister of the local chapter of the American Inns of Court and has been recommended by
